NZMP buttermilk powder is a natural dairy powder manufactured by spray-drying buttermilk, which is derived from the manufacture of cream products.
It has excellent dispersability and solubility, a low fat content and a clean flavour.
Skim Milk Powder
NZMP Skim milk powder is a natural dairy powder manufactured by spray-drying fresh pasteurised skim milk.
It has excellent dispersability and solubility, a low fat content and a clean flavour.
Whole Milk Powder
NZMP whole milk powder is a natural dairy powder manufactured by spray-drying fresh pasteurised whole milk.
It has good solubility and flow, and is made from fresh milk without any additives.
