NZMP Parmesan is a hard, brine-salted cheese with a distinctive, piquant flavour.

It contains no artificial substances or additives, either in the cheese or on its surface.

All ingredients used to make our Parmesan are 100 per cent natural. The cheese is renowned for its uniformity, consistency, and stability.
