It has a milky, balanced cheese flavour and a smooth, almost plastic texture.
Named after New Zealand's largest lake, TAUPO™ cheese was developed with the creamy flavour profile desired by the Japanese market. It is suitable in any application requiring a premium cheese for shredding and dicing.
Characterised by a low fat content, TAUPO™ Cheese is manufactured and ripened to develop and maintain its functional performance.
