We manufacture paediatric dairy-based hydrolysates at two dedicated manufacturing facilities: Hautapu, New Zealand and Iowa, USA. Paediatric hydrolysates are designed for use in infant formula and other paediatric applications, offering both functional and nutritional benefits.
Our paediatric hydrolysates are manufactured by controlled enzyme treatment of dairy protein, to form peptides and polypeptides. The hydrolysates are designed to have improved flavour, emulsification, amino acid absorption and retort stability, and have low lactose and fat and excellent solubility.
